Equipment Analysis
Dev1ce’s Mouse – Zowie’s EC2-A is a very popular mouse for Counter-Strike and first-person shooter games in general. It is notable for its ergonomic design and relative simplicity, offering room for better and more efficient wrist movement. The design itself makes various grips, such as claw or palm, viable options for professional performance.
Dev1ce’s Mousepad – Dev1ce gets great synergy by using the same brand mousepad as his mouse. Zowie G-SR has a soft rubber base even though it’s made of cloth. This means that it stays in place while maintaining a consistent glide, which allows for great precision and performance. It’s not the biggest mousepad on the market but it works great with a low dpi mouse.
Dev1ce’s Keyboard – Dev1ce uses Xtrfy K2, known as one of the fastest mechanical keyboards with only 0.001-second delay. It is also notable for nearly unlimited customization possibilities and LED illumination with 16.8 million colors. The speed of this keyboard is one of the main reasons why it makes for such an excellent addition to any professional CS:GO setup.
Dev1ce’s Headset – Elite Pro headset by Turtle Beach is one of the most trendy pieces of equipment within the gaming community in general. 50mm Nanoclear Speakers grant high-quality audio which is crucial in hearing footsteps as well as call-outs in CS:GO. The microphone is also of professional quality. Overall the headset is designed for esports and competitive gaming.
Dev1ce’s Monitor – BenQ monitors are the most dominant monitors currently on the market and they’re used by a majority of professional CS:GO players. Dev1ce personally uses XL2546 which is notable for its 240hz refresh rate. This type of smoothness greatly enhances gameplay, being essentially crucial on today’s Esports scene. The monitor also utilizes a standard 1080p resolution with 1ms response time.
