Dafran’s Setup & Settings

Given dafran is not signed to a particular team having quit the competitive Overwatch scene, he is free to use any equipment he desires without pressure or contractual obligation. This can be seen with his wide selection of various brands of gear.

Dafran’s Mouse – The Zowie EC2-A is quite a compact mouse with a bulky type design due to its relatively high height in comparison to the short length. Overall, it is a pretty basic yet reliable mouse, on the downside, it lacks a good side grip for the thumb and ring finger / little finger.

Dafran’s Mousepad – The SteelSeries QcK+ is a fairly affordable option for a large mousepad, its dimensions coming in at 45cm by 40 cm. The high thread count that makes up the cloth surface the mouse sits on, allows for the best possible precision.

Dafran’s Keyboard – Dafran’s keyboard, the Corsair K65 is a real quality, yet affordable piece for a mechanical keyboard. The appearance looks quite compact, but it still is able to retain the side number pad. It also include a detachable wrist rest area made from rubber, while it is not as good as soft cushions, it is much better than nothing.

Dafran’s Headset – One of rarer gaming headsets Sennheiser has developed, the Sennheiser GAME ZERO possesses the high quality audio you expect of Sennheiser and also includes a noise cancelling microphone. The headset is available for around the low to mid $200 range and includes a 2 year warrantee. A very high quality product overall.

Dafran’s Monitor – Like many other pro players and twitch streamers, dafran has chosen the BenQ XL2540 as his monitor of choice. Being developed by BenQ, one of the premium electronic manufacturers, it assures an enjoyable experience for any gamer with its lightning fast responsiveness.
